Where We Will Meet
Outside River Walk Boating Company
Where The Walk Will End
We'll end up at Armature Works’ wonderful gourmet food court
About This Walk
It’s a glorious day in Tampa Bay, as we start out on the far side of the Tampa Convention Center, right where the Riverwalk starts, and then we’ll wind our way down the Riverwalk, shooting local architecture along the way, including the awesome exteriors of the Glazer Children’s Museum and Curtis Hixon Park. After the walk, we’ll gather at Armature Works, an upscale food court that is just so darn cool (with lots of food options for every palate).
We’ll walk at a leisurely pace that should get us to Armature Works right around lunchtime. 🙂
Ready for our walk tomorrow?October 2nd, 2026
Hi, Tampa Worldwide Photo Walkers. Just a few quick things for tomorrow: (1) There is public parking nearby the starting point at the Pam Iorio Parking Garage. (2) Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, even though it’s forecast to be cloudly tomorrow morning. We’ll be strolling leisurely down the river walk, ending up at the wonderful Amarture Works if you want to grab something to eat or drink (it’s an amazing food hall with lots of choices and a great atmosphere). (3) I look forward to seeing everyone there – thanks for being a part of this year’s photo walk. 🙂
Hey Scott,
I signed up for Liesl’s walk in Venice and it is in the evening. Can I still sign up for your walk too?

Hi Scott,
I’m going to be coming in from out-of-state and am not familiar with the Tampa area. Where is the best place to park for this Photowalk given the start and end points?
Thanks,
Duane Miller
Also trying to decide about parking.
Hi, Duane and Ken. The closest spot is the Pam Iorio Parking Garage, which is a multi-level public parking lot right nearby. 🙂
Looking forward to walking tomorrow, went back to look at photos from my very first walk. Been to every one
Well, this was just crazy. We took us a little while to park. When we finally parked. We went the wrong direction down the Riverwalk. We went towards the aquarium thanks to Google Maps. I now hate Google Maps. Our pictures will be different from anybody else’s though maybe next time.
