Begin your photowalk at Ronac Art Center along Ortigas Avenue in San Juan, where you can capture its bold Brutalist design, textured concrete walls, and striking architectural angles before heading out into the lively streets filled with jeepneys, tricycles, and small shops; continue walking northeast toward Santolan Town Plaza on Col. Bonny Serrano Avenue, where modern glass façades contrast with the urban hustle, offering opportunities for motion-filled street scenes and candid portraits against contemporary backdrops; from there, make your way toward Pinaglabanan, ending near Pinaglabanan Shrine (23J+XMM), where leafy streets, historic monuments, and open plazas give a sense of heritage and culture, ideal for wide environmental shots, dramatic silhouette compositions, and reflective portraits, making the route a blend of modern architecture, street vibrance, and historical atmosphere.

“Magandang araw, photographers! 🎉 Welcome to the Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk – San Juan City Edition! Today, we gather not just to take photos, but to celebrate our shared passion for storytelling through the lens.
San Juan is full of rich history, vibrant street culture, and hidden gems waiting to be captured—from its heritage sites to its bustling local life. This walk is about seeing our city in fresh perspectives, connecting with fellow creatives, and challenging ourselves to find beauty in the ordinary.
Remember, this is more than just a photowalk—it’s a community. Share tips, inspire each other, and don’t hesitate to make new friends along the way. Most of all, enjoy the experience, stay safe, and keep your eyes open for those fleeting moments that make a great photograph.
On behalf of our San Juan City, thank you for being part of this worldwide celebration of photography. Let’s make this walk not only about the photos we take, but the stories we create together. Mabuhay, and happy shooting!” 📷✨
