About This Walk
Photographers of Tulsa Oklahoma Group (Photog) is participating in this year’s Kelby Worldwide PhotoWalk. Since food is an important part of club events, we will meet at Red Light Chicken at 5:30 p.m., then begin our walk from there between 6:30/7 p.m. (sunset).
The Meadow Gold District is along Historic Route 66. You will find colorful murals, neon, unique art and of course, Buck & Stella Atoms along with Piggy Stardust, Meadow Gold Mack and Cowboy Bob.
Since we will begin our walk near sunset, you may want to bring a tripod or monopod.

I do this all the time. We are in the Meadow Gold District, not Gold Meadow as I said in my update. I always reverse Gold and Meadow. Sorry about that.

Looks like the weather Saturday will be near perfect for our photo walk. We will have a bite to eat at Red Light Chicken and then wander around Gold Meadow District. See you there.
Excited to sign up for the Tulsa walk. I usually lead the walk in Winston-Salem NC but am traveling home for a visit and timing was great to join fellow photographers and explore the area with everyone.

I’m coming with Rhonda and look forward to meeting the group. We may have to start walking before you’re done with dinner because we have another event and won’t be able to stay until 8:30 pm.

Just to confirm, the walk doesn’t begin until 6:30 PM, and the meet-up is an hour before that. Correct?
