About This Walk

Welcome to the Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk in West Salem (including the Cobblestone Farmers Market). I’m happy you registered to join us! This is a 2-hour walk open to everyone, whether you are a hobbyist, a working pro, or someone who simply enjoys taking photos. Any camera is perfect for this event, from your phone to film, DSLR, or mirrorless.

Please arrive at District 924 at 9:15 am so we can meet each other, say hello, and get settled with logistics before we start walking at 9:30 am.

The Cobblestone Farmers Market is full of color and personality, and they are happy for people to take photos. They do ask that we focus on product close-ups or wide market scenes.

• Some vendors prefer not to be photographed, so please ask before taking a picture of any booth.
• Children and vendors are considered restricted content.

Since we will be in a public space, please stay aware of roads, sidewalks, walkways, and vendor areas, and keep an eye on your gear. Traveling light is a great idea because we will be moving around and exploring a variety of areas.

We will finish our walk at East of Texas (11:30 am), where you are welcome to join for lunch. Lunch is completely optional, but it is a nice chance to relax, share photos, and enjoy some time together.

Photos submitted for the Worldwide Photowalk contest must be taken during the walk only.
