Scenic Walking Route: Binondo to Intramuros

Starting Point: Plaza Santa Cruz Fountain, Binondo

  1. Ongpin Street: Begin your journey by heading south along Ongpin Street, the heart of Manila’s Chinatown. This bustling street is lined with gold shops, herbal medicine stores, and traditional eateries, offering a vibrant atmosphere.

  2. Escolta Street: Turn right onto Escolta Street, a historic commercial hub known for its vintage architecture and old-world charm. As you walk, you’ll pass by heritage buildings that tell the story of Manila’s past.

  3. Jones Bridge: Continue west along Escolta Street until you reach Jones Bridge. This iconic bridge spans the Pasig River and offers picturesque views of Manila’s skyline. It’s a perfect spot for photos and to appreciate the blend of old and new architecture.
