About This Walk
Grab your camera, leave the rush behind, and join us for a slow-paced visual exploration of Belgrades charm!
Whether you shoot with a professional DSLR, a vintage film camera, or just your smartphone, this walk is all about chasing light, sharing tips, and enjoying the city together.
We will kick things off at the bustling Slavija Square, meeting up right by the Monument to Dimitrije Tucovic. From there, we are escaping the main traffic to slip into the quiet, narrow streets of old Vracar. We will wander past the historic facades of Smiljaniceva, capture the slow-living cafe vibes around Cvetni Trg, and stroll down the grand, tree-canopied architecture of Krunska Street.
Our route will bring us up to the striking angles of the Faculty of Law (Pravni Fakultet) and straight into the green lanes of Tasmajdan Park. We will wind through the park and exit through the passage next to the historic RTS building. From there, we are ditching the noisy main roads entirely to slip into the gorgeous, quiet backstreets of old Palilula, strolling down the leafy paths of Kneza Danila and Dalmatinska Street. This scenic detour brings us right to the lush perimeter of the Jevremovac Botanical Garden, where we will enter and do a walk around end take photos in there as well. This will conclude photo walk, but we can head across the street to wind down at Stara Hercegovina.
The Best Part (The After-Party)
A photo walk is not complete without the wind-down. Once our memory cards are full, we are heading right across the street to the legendary Stara Hercegovina kafana. We will grab a cold drink, exchange impressions (utisaka), look over each others favorite shots, and get to know one another.
