Where We Will Meet
We'll meet on the front steps of the library
Where The Walk Will End
Details will be sent in a later email
About This Walk
We’ll take a leisurely walk around the old town of Winchester. This will be an easy course, with no big hills and less than two miles. The route will be detailed in a later email to all participants. This is the ninth year I’ve led one of the Kelby Worldwide Photowalks. It’s always a good time. Free parking is available, but limited. There is an inexpensive parking garage just two blocks away from the start point.
Last Chance for ContestOctober 14th, 2018
Thanks to everyone who came to our photowalk; it was great to meet all of you.
Please, don’t forget to upload your contest entry by tomorrow. There are no late entries. You should have received notices from the WWPW crew. The winner of our local contest will move forward into the international competition.
Remember, we do this all year, so send me an email if you have questions or need help. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. You can follow me on Instagram, @roger_dallman, and I’ll return the favor. You can find other information on our blog at efcubed.com. Mark and I are waaaaay behind this year because of career moves, but we hope to ramp that up soon.
Thank you, again, for joining us.
Are you ready for the WWPW?September 24th, 2018
I’ve mapped out a very easy and short walk (less than 2 miles). We’ll meet at the Handley Library; the address is in the first description. There are limited free parking spaces, so get there early to claim one. There is a very inexpensive parking garage at 30 N. Braddock St., and it is only two blocks from the library. We’ll walk through the streets of the downtown area; wander through the “fussganger zone” (pedestrian only section); and then gather at the Piccadilly’s Bar and Grill to chimp each others’ photos and pass out email addresses.
Hopefully, we’ll have a great fall day to enjoy, but we’ll have the walk, regardless of the weather. We’ll shoot the group photo before we begin the walk, so make sure you’re on time for the 9:30 start.
If you have other questions for me, feel free to contact me at email@example.com.
