About This Walk
Stroll along the Manatee River on the scenic Bradenton River Walk. All skill levels are welcome. Whether you are a seasoned pro, advanced amateur, or cell phone photographer river walk provides great opportunities for some really fun photos. Best of all you get to stroll along with fellow creatives all who have a common interest in photography.

Contest RulesAugust 13th, 2022
Hello all,
Here are the contest rules:
In order for all walkers to have the same opportunities to capture images during the walk, the following rules must be followed:
You may only submit one photo
Collages aren’t allowed, as they are technically more than one photo. But, the following editing is allowed (but not required):
Contrast & saturation adjustments.
Color to B&W transitions.
Removal of distracting elements.
Creation of HDR & Panoramas.
Infrared
Use of Plug-ins such as ON1, Boris FX, etc.
Adding watermarks.
Photos must be taken during the walk (not before or after)
Important Dates:

Photowalk TomorrowAugust 12th, 2022
Hello Fellow Photowalkers,
Tomorrow morning is our scheduled walk together. I look forward to meeting all of you!
A few things to for you to do today. Don’t forget to charge your camera batteries. Make sure you have enough room on your flash cards to take lots of photos. Put those freshly charged batteries back in your camera and test everything to make sure all your gear works.
Our walk starts at the Bluestar Memorial. We will meet over by the flag poles. Remember to wear comfortable shoes and be ready to make new friends!
