Where We Will Meet

Bluffer's Park (bottom of Brimley, stay right at the fork)

Where The Walk Will End

Bluffer's Park

About This Walk

Just a reminder of our meeting place.  Come to the bottom of Brimley Rd and stay right when the road forks and follow it around to the parking lot. We will meet at the south end of the parking lot near the blue and brick building.

If you’ve never been to the Bluff’s, now is your chance to explore it with other photographers, and if you have been, well maybe you can show us some of the secrets of this place. 🙂

We will start out at the Parking lot of Bluffer’s Park. (There are 2 parking lots, on google maps they are labeled as “7 Brimley Rd Parking” and “Scarborough Bluff’s Beach” We want the first one. “7 Brimley Rd Parking)

We will take a walk around the bluffs and beach areas and then head up to The Victorian Monkey for lunch. (2386 Kingston Rd. Scarborough, Ont. M1N 1V2)

You may want to bring a pair of gum boots, wellingtons, rubber boots, rain boots… or whatever you want to call them, this place can get muddy.

  • Jared Campbell The weather report for tomorrow is a 60% chance of rain at 10 moving into an 80% chance of rain at 11. So maybe bring an umbrella and don't forget those rain boots. If we decided to go off trail a bit it will be very muddy. See you all tomorrow

  • Alicia THAM Weather report rain tomorrow at 10 & 11 AM and no rain from 12 noon. Should we start the walk at 12 noon instead of 10:30?

    • Jared Campbell I think we have to keep it at 10am, because I’m not sure everyone would read this and know about the time change and I wouldn’t want folks standing around at 10 waiting for everyone else to show up.

      • Jared Campbell that should have said 10:30.

  • Alicia THAM Don't think I can make it. My car is not starting, waiting for help.

  • Jared Campbell The meeting spot is the washroom building with the blue roof. It’s near the boat launch and picnic area

  • Ron Pope My biggest challenge at the Bluffs was to find a way to make the bluffs compelling. Luckily Jared's kids provided additional interest in my submitted photo. I missed meeting all others signed up for the walk as I was the only person who showed up. Jared as leader and his family were great. If he's involved in a future Photowalk, you'll enjoy the experience. .
