About This Walk
Welcome to Big Dave’s Photowalk 2022!
I’m really excited for this year’s Photowalk. I have always wanted to participate in this walk but unfortunately have never been able to. This year is the year to make this happen. Thanks to Scott Kelby and all the sponsors for making this happen.
This walk will be the Steveston Village Photo Walk and will encompass many of the sights of Steveston Village. We will start off at the Community Centre and walk to the Japanese Canadian Culture Centre and then proceed to walk up the streets of Moncton. From there, we can stop at the various shops around Steveston. Stops could include the Steveston Park, Steveston Tram, Steveston Museum and Post Office, Fisherman’s Wharf, Gulf of Georgia Cannery and our final spot will be to wrap up at Garry Point Park.
Please note: At some stops, there will be the option to pay admission to go in or to just photograph the scenic outside for free. I encourage you to come out and attend. I will be leading the group that does not pay for admission but those who wish to may do so. I will also make time for a refreshment stop at either Timothy’s Frozen Yogurt or Mary’s Ice-cream House (Beside Outpost Donuts) so please bring some change if you wish to purchase anything 😉
Just confirmed, Stewart Sy -Sony Pro Support Rep will be joining us for this Photowalk!
