Where We Will Meet

In the parking lot, next to the Farmer's Market

Where The Walk Will End

We'll gather at the Bestro

About This Walk

This will be an easy walk through downtown Staunton. We’ll meet and greet; take a group photo; and set out. At the end of the walk, we’ll have an early lunch at a local restaurant. Details will be sent out via email. I’m traveling to Staunton, this weekend, (24 Aug) to map out the route.
This is the 10th year I’ve run one of Scott’s photowalks and have participated in all 12. We’ll have a great time. Please join the group.

You can write me at and follow me on Instagram, @roger_dallman. I follow back all photowalkers with an Instagram account.

Time to get your photos inOctober 8th, 2019

Thanks to all for your participation in this year’s Worldwide Photowalk. I hope everyone had a good time; I know I did.
Remember, for those who are interested, there is a photo contest. You should be working on that now. Watch for an announcement on Kelby’s blog at, just in case they don’t send out an email to everyone. (I’ll try to watch for it and announce it here, too.)
Feel free to stay in contact with me. I’d love to shoot with you again. You can DM me on Instagram (@roger_dallman) or send an email to
Thanks, again, for the fine time on Saturday.

Are You Ready?October 2nd, 2019

Saturday is just around the corner! The weatherman is call for a sunny, but cool day. Please bring a jacket and water.
We will meet in the parking lot, right next to the farmer’s market. The parking is free. We’ll take our group photo first; discuss the route; and launch out on a very easy course. Afterwards, we’ll meet at the Bestro (that’s how they spell it) to discuss and have lunch. There is no requirement for you to buy anything there, but the food is good.
Look for a small gaggle of folks with cameras, near a dark blue Chevy Tahoe. I’ll be wearing a ball cap that says “Bourbon St. New Orleans.” (The parking lot is small enough that this shouldn’t be hard to find.)
I look forward to seeing everyone.
