ADDITIONAL REMINDERS FOR TOMORROW:

1. Don’t forget to bring PLASTIC BAG(s) for your CAMERA
2. Bring Umbrella/Jacket/Raincoat/Tarpaulin pantaklob (chos)

3. PRACTICE COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS such as:
– Wearing of face mask
– Sanitizing one’s hands
– One-meter physical distancing
– Limit physical interaction
4. KEEP THE WALK CLEAN. If you can’t keep your trash in your bags or pockets, throw them on the designated trash bins around Naga.

4. Aside from the OPTIONAL PHOTO CONTEST, A GOOGLE DRIVE LINK will be sent on our FB GROUP CHAT. It’s where you could upload your best shots after the walk. Create a NEW FOLDER with your FULL NAME as its FOLDER TITLE.

5. For those who would like to participate in the PHOTO CONTEST, the website link will be released on Monday, August 15.
For your guidance and strict compliance, here are the PHOTO CONTEST RULES:
In order for all walkers to have the same opportunities to capture images during the walk, the following rules must be followed:
1. You may only submit one photo
2. Collages aren’t allowed, as they are technically more than one photo. But, the following editing is allowed (but not required):
1. Contrast & saturation adjustments.
2. Color to B&W transitions.
3. Removal of distracting elements.
4. Creation of HDR & Panoramas.
5. Infrared
6. Use of Plug-ins such as ON1, Boris FX, etc.
7. Adding watermarks.
3. Photos must be taken during the walk (not before or after)

2. Make sure to PREPARE and BRING the following:

Camera
Plastic Bags
Water/Flasks/Tumbler

Extra Money (for the After-Walk-Socials)

3. Listen to your WALK LEADERS’ instructions.

4. Since we only have ourselves to look after each other, be mindful of your own and your group’s safety. STAY ON THE SIDEWALKS if you can’t handle/can’t navigate being off of them.

5. Engage in conversations with your co-walkers. Refrain from being aloof. Practice the BUDDY SYSTEM.

6. We’ve partnered with Cubed Café, our END STOP for this year’s photo walk as well as our venue for our after-walk-socials. They will provide us with water and have slashed off a minimum discount on their food. They will serve Chicken Pesto Pasta priced at 120php. If you wish to avail this offer, kindly send me a DM or confirm on our FB Group Chat.

7. We’ve also partnered with Tito Neil’s Take-Out. They will provide us with light snacks. However, the snacks are only capped at 50. They’ll be allotted on a first-come-first-served basis based on the attendance sheet.

QUICK REGISTRATION + AFTER-WALK-SOCIALS + WALK LEADERS UPDATEAugust 2nd, 2022

As of writing, we now have 44 Walker Registrants. We will release a pubmat later this week or Monday next week for the remaining slots so we could cap the Walker Registration at 50.

We’ve partnered with Cubed Café as our venue for our post-photo-walk-socials. They will provide us with bottled water/water (for those with flasks) as well as a minimum discount on their food. If you’re going to join the after-walk-socials and if you wish to avail the discounted Tomato Pesto Pasta at the price of 120php, kindly shoot me an email or dm me on messenger.
