About This Walk
This free 2-hour photowalk will take our group of 10 photographers past some of Salida’s interesting buildings and beautiful private gardens. Photographers can be as creative as they want, photographing architecture, flowers, patterns, macros…whatever catches your eye! After the walk, we’ll have refreshments in the park and share some of our shots! I hope this will be a fun event for amateurs and pros alike. Be sure to bring sunscreen and water. Any camera or cellphone is fine. Tripods optional. Charge your batteries! I am a hobby photographer with six years digital experience, largely self-taught. I do mostly landscapes, nature, macro, and travel photography. I shoot a Sony a7iii. I am new to Salida and eager to meet other photographers!
