About This Walk
Hello my name is Jane St John and I would like to gather our local camera enthusiasts together for an early evening of photographing our beautiful downtown area.
This walk is wonderful opportunity to sharpen your skills while perhaps meeting another shooter who shares your passion for a particular genre of photography. We can plan on meeting at the Civic Centre where we can walk to Queen St to explore the often forgotten about details in that beautiful area then we will head towards the waterfront. We will conclude our walk at Montana’s Restaurant where I have booked the room in the back for the group to get together to chat, have a meal or a beverage.
Please don’t miss out on this unique chance to contribute to a global photography community while capturing some of Sault Ste Marie’s most picturesque sights!
A few tips for the walk. Remember to pack lightly, bring an extra battery or memory card. Most importantly though take your time to enjoy taking the shot. Photography isn’t just about getting to the destination—it’s about finding moments along the way.
