About This Walk
Let’s have some fun and capture airplanes, jets, and even helicopters flying around busy Scottsdale Airport. Recommend to shoot in shutter priority based on the type of aircraft. Jets 1/1000 and up. If you shoot propeller aircraft 1/125-1/250 and helicopters 1/60-1/125 so you capture the blur from the propellers. Either Auto-ISO/Auto-Aperature or Set ISO/Auto-Aperature. Try to shoot at around f8-f11, you’ll want to have a big DOF to compensate for the focusing and the aircraft speed. Focus mode, probably zone is best. Put the focus drive setting on fast as you would for sports.
