About This Walk

Welcome! I created the walk to once again get a nice group of photo enthusiasts together for a nice walk in our capital Paramaribo. The name PARAMARIBO PANNEKOEK is with the hope in mind that with permission we can start and end the photo walk at Het Pannekoek & Poffertjes Cafe and maybe get some drinks and pancakes. 🙂 And yes I talked to the owner of Het Pannekoek & Poffertjes Cafe and we have permission to start and end there with a complimentary non-alcoholic drink in Mighty Cool which is just beside Het Pannekoek & Poffertjes Cafe. So we get together between 8 a.m. and 8:25 a.m. and start walking at 8:30 a.m.

For those who do not know me I’m Hedwig de la Fuente a.k.a. PLU, graphic designer, photographer, photo coach and owner of de la Fuente design under which the brand Pics by PLU resides.

For the walk wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Don’t carry too much stuff. A bottle of water because we will be walking for 2 hours. And yes this walk is for everyone, young, old, pros and photo enthusiasts with a camera or smartphone. It’s all about photography, friends and fun.
