About This Walk
I am a member of Gwent Photographic Society and have been taking photographs for about 15 yrs. If you would like information about joining GPS please ask me for more details.
The walk will start at The Steel Wave near the Riverfront Theatre, we will then follow the pathway down the river towards the Transporter Bridge. At the Transporter Bridge we then cross over onto Alexandra Road and head over to Belle Vue Park. Next stop will be Newport Cathedral which is at the top of a steep hill. From there it’s all downhill towards the Westgate Hotel where the walk will finish. We will be meeting up in The Potters afterwards for some refreshments.
