We will have lots of photo opportunities including street photography, architecture, abstract, street art etc and some hints and tips will be given. Anyone needing any advice on the way just ask! See you all tomorrow – I will be by the statue with a camera around my neck! Thanks, Steve

Photo Walk updateSeptember 25th, 2023

Hello photowalkers! Not long now until our London Photowalk! Looking forward to meeting everyone and for a great walk. My suggestion is to bring a camera and a lens or two or your smartphone. Most of our subjects will be suitable for wide to short tele lenses so a standard zoom would be good or go retro with a fixed 35/50 prime lens. Please dont bring a tripod or flash but do make sure you have plenty of available memory (or film) fully charged battery and ideally a spare! If you need any more information or have a question please post a comment! Thanks again and see you on the 7th at 10am!

  2. Hello Steven! I’m Swapnil Agaskar, a Commercial photographer & Photography teacher, based out of Mumbai, India. I’m traveling to London next weekend so would love to be part of your ‘London Liverpool Street Area Photo Walk’. Hope that’s alright. Looking forward to meeting you and the group and spending some great time with fellow photographers. Cheers! Swapnil.

  3. Hi Mark , to get from Russell Square to the start of the walk you can get a Central Line underground train from Holborn station to Liverpool Street station then walk to the Kindertransport statue opposite McDonalds on the upper concourse level.

  4. It was an excellent Photowalk, thanks a lot again Steve. Lovely images uploaded by the participants on Google Drive. I will share my images shortly and submit my entry for the contest today, having reached Mumbai just yesterday.
