Leipers Fork Historic District

Our walk begins at 9:45 and ends at 11:45. Be sure your camera metadata shows correct date and time. Historic area of Leiper’s Fork should prove fruitful for photography. There will be an option to shoot on the grounds of the Leiper’s Fork Distillery but note parking in the historic area of Leiper’s Fork is tight. Car pool if you can. As leader, Dick Dougall has led a group in Middle Tennessee for all but the very first Kelby walk. He is retired, and was founder of the Brentwood Photography Group.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ON THIS WALK, YOUR LEADER HAS FEATURES NOT ON OTHER WALKS – A PROMINENT LOCAL PHOTOGRAPHER WILL SELECT THE TOP IMAGES FROM THIS WALK AS

POSTED ON THE KELBY SITE AFTER THE WALK AND THESE WILL BE INVITED TO APPEAR IN A TWO MONTH EXHIBIT AT THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY LIBRARY – THERE WILL BE A RECEPTION THERE END OF OCTOBER. ALSO THIS GROUP PRODUCES A BOOK CONTAINING FIVE IMAGES FROM EACH PARTICIPANT AND DICK DOUGALL WILL NEED A BIO (50 TO 90 WORDS) PLUS A GOOD HEAD AND SHOULDERS IMAGE OF YOU.
