About This Walk
Join us for a photowalk at the Laval Nature Center on October 7th, where we’ll gather to photograph the awe-inspiring “Museum of the Moon” by Luke Jerram. This remarkable lunar sculpture, measuring seven meters in diameter, is illuminated from within and displays intricate NASA images of the Moon’s surface. We’ll meet at the Nature Center to embark on a unique photographic adventure, capturing this extraordinary exhibition against the backdrop of the center’s beautiful surroundings, including the lake. Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity, as the exhibition will be on display for only four days. Come and experience the Moon in a whole new light with us!
For a unique and memorable experience, come meet the Moon on October 7th at the Nature Center. English artist Luke Jerram’s event work, Museum of the Moon, will be on display above the Nature Center lake for 4 days only.

Dear participants,
We regret to inform you that the photo walk scheduled for today is cancelled due to poor weather conditions and a low number of registered participants. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The centre de la nature Laval announced that MUSEUM OF THE MOON EVENT IS SUSPENDED
Unfortunately, the intensity of the winds persist and forces them to withdraw the moon display and cancel the activities scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. We will see if the photowalk can perhaps occur on Monday.
