Davao Life Photography Walk

ABOUT THE WALK
It’s a social photography event where photographers get together at the downtown and other areas) to walk around, shoot photos of the daily life of Davao, and have fun with other photographers, while raising money for a good cause.
ALL for the purpose of promoting Davao Photography.
You can shoot with any camera system! Film, Digital (Mobile Phone, Point and Shoot, DLSR, Mirrorless or even Large Format (if you can manage 😉 ) It will be more of street photography but you can shoot street or posed environmental portraits, street minimalism, Cityscape, etc.
There will be a pre-walk briefing you on what to expect, tips and techniques and even try these out with a quick walkie-talkie on September 28, 2024 from 1300 to 1700 (Venue TBA)
After the walk, participants have the opportunity to submit their better photos for a local challenge and of course for the WWPW!
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
I am a visual artist working with photography and actively practices photography for almost seventeen years in various capacities as a facilitator, mentor, curator, zine editor, photo contest selector (judge). My genres include minimalist/contemplative and life (Street/Docu) and creative photography.
