About This Walk
Hi Photo Walkers!
Get ready for a vibrant fall photo walk in the heart of New York City! I’m excited to lead my seventh photo walk, this time exploring the iconic Central Park.
Join us as we capture the park’s landscapes, historic monuments, and the diverse tapestry of people who bring it to life. From tourists and artists to lovers, musicians, vendors, and the park’s colorful eccentrics.
We’ll start our walk near the Women’s Rights Pioneers Monument on The Mall, then meander towards the Bethesda Terrace and Fountain. From there, we’ll head north to the charming Bow Bridge and conclude our walk at Strawberry Fields, the memorial to John Lennon.
Breathe in the crisp fall air, connect with fellow photographers, and capture the vibrant energy of Central Park. After our walk, we’ll gather for a casual bite and brew to share stories and photos at a nearby spot, to be determined.
Stay tuned for more detailed information, including a map of our route. The walk is just over a mile, ensuring plenty of time for a leisurely pace and plenty of photo opportunities.
Looking forward to seeing you on October 5th!
Ken

After our walk, we’re planning to gather for food and drinks to share our experiences and photos. I’m currently working on securing a spot on the Upper West Side for our group—stay tuned! If you plan on driving and will be coming to the restaurant, I suggest you park on the west side.
