About This Walk
Come meet us at Butterfly Wonderland in north Scottsdale! There will be ample opportunity to photograph butterflies in a humid area (make sure you have a towel of some kind to wipe your lens!).
Here is their website: https://butterflywonderland.com Take a look ahead of time at the exhibits. My wife Marni won a Photowalk contest for her photo of a rainforest reptile. I thought my submission was better, but oh well. She got a gift certificate from B&H! (So did I !)
I’ve photographed here many times. Tips: no monopods or tripods, it is an artificial rain forest so do have a towel, I’ve used a 100mm macro lens, a 50mm, even a 24-240mm would also work.
Admission cost is $25.95 (Do a search for butterfly wonderland discount tickets to save some $$$).
