Where The Walk Will End

Photographic Arts Building

About This Walk

Join the Darkroomers Photographic Club for a photo walk around Balboa Park. We’ll share our favorite spots to capture the park’s amazing architecture and the best places for people-watching and street photography. The walk will last approximately two hours, starting and ending at the Photographic Arts Building next to Spanish Village (NOT the Museum of Photographic Arts).

At a minimum, you’ll want to bring a camera (Phone, DSLR, Mirrorless, you choose!). If you have interchangeable lenses, keep it simple with gear you’re comfortable walking with and carrying. Tripods are optional.

About Darkroomers

Darkroomers Photographic Club is one of the oldest camera clubs in San Diego. The club was formed in 1941 but our legacy dates back to 1927.  A splinter group of The Camera Enthusiasts, the Club is now part of the Southern California Association of Camera Clubs where it shares the Photographic Arts Building with other amateur photography clubs in Balboa Park to help bring the art of photography to the city of San Diego.
