About This Walk
The Adobe photo team is pleased to have Trupal Pandya lead the photowalk in Philadelphia. He is a documentary photographer specializing in portraiture, and you can check out his work at www.trupalpandya.com. Everyone participating will get in-depth knowledge about Trupal’s lighting setups and other technical nuances. He’ll share insights about photography on-the-go using lighting equipment, balancing ambient light and flash, and making quick compositions and lighting decisions on location. You’ll also learn how to photograph on your smartphone and edit in Adobe Lightroom Mobile. Trupal will have his lighting equipment for participants to try out. We will be walking along the charming Manayunk canal and Main Street, focusing on the art and people! In addition to getting unique knowledge and training, you’ll be learning, creating, and chatting about the craft with a fun and rich network of image-makers.
Trupal will also be talking about the Lightroom camera available on mobile phones. It is powerful! Install Lightroom mobile onto your phone or tablet and log-in with your Adobe ID. If you are new to Lightroom you are welcome to participate with a free 7-day trial. Download on 10th August or after so you are sure to have the app available for our walk.
