About This Walk
Hello friends!
We welcome you to join this photowalk, no matter what camera you use!
The Adobe Lightroom photo team is pleased to have Huxsterized to lead the photowalk in Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur. Hux, a photographer who loves to capture colors and architecture, turn the ordinary into an extraordinary piece of photography.
Together we will explore Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur area, share our passion and learn from each other. Hux will share about his work, photography experience, and some tips and tricks about photography and editing on Adobe Lightroom Mobile.
We will gather at Central Market entrance, at 9am for a short briefing. Photo walk will commence at 10am. We will be exploring the Petaling Street, Kwai Chai Hong installations, River of Life walkway, Masjid Jamek area and the last location will be at Rex KL where we can have a basic sharing editing with Lightroom Mobile for our shots.
Please install Adobe Lightroom Mobile app onto your phone or tablet and log-in with your Adobe ID. If you are new to Lightroom, you are welcome to participate with a free 7-day trial. Download on or a day before the walk, so you are sure to have the app available for the session.

How Do I Submit My Photo?
Your photo contest will open on October 7th, 2023 for submissions. We have included step-by-step instructions for walkers to be able to submit their photos below. We look forward to seeing everyone’s awesome photos!
1. Edit your favorite photo, making sure the final file size is less than 5MB.
2. Login to your account at worldwidephotowalk.com.
3. Navigate to Your Walk found in the top navigation bar.
4. Scroll down and click on the Contest tab found under the map.
5. Use the form provided to upload your photo submission.
6. Visit the Gallery page to view other walker’s submissions.
Note: To be eligible, you must submit your photo by the deadline of October 14th, 2023 at 11:59PM ET.

Hey Lightroom Walkers!
Excited to see everyone tomorrow!
Meeting point: Central Market, Entrance – Once you reach there, just look around and find Hux. I might not be exactly in front of the entrance but somewhere nearby!
I’ll be there by 9 am, so come early to collect your goodies.
Wear comfortable cloth, shoe and bring umbrella in case it’s too hot, also can use it for props for photos! Don’t forget to drink a lot of water during the walk to keep you hydrated.

Thank you for registering! Currently, we have 44 participants registered!
As mentioned, we will gather at Central Market Entrance. I’ll be there by 9 am and the walk will commence at 10 am. Come early, so that we can get to know each other, have a chit chat session or you can get good breakfast (not provided) before we start at 10am.
A friendly reminder to all, as we are currently experiencing the haze, drink a lot of water during the walk, wear a mask if you feel like it.. and most important, HAVE FUN during the walk!
A simple theme I have in mind for us to focus on during the walk
– Architecture (Facade, Lines, Angle, Shadows)
– Portrait (Model can be one of us or we can approach stranger)
– Creative (Reflections, Perspectives play)
