We will meet at Rio Hondo Elementary School.

About This Walk

We start at the Barter Trade, therefore let us capture the interplay of  Colors and Shadows of Textiles, Delicacies and the warm hospitalities of the Indigenous Traders. Then we walk (or motor ride) to Sucabon River where we can capture an interesting color of mural arts and graffities. The Walk will continue to downtown, where we can capture some moments of people getting ready for their morning routine or to their usual work.  We then head to the City Hall and Fort Pilar, keeping in mind to capture some interesting subjects along the streets. We will walk further until we reach our last location, the Rio Hondo-Mariki Bridge. Here we can capture the interrelationship of People, Sea and Estuary.

Since we are still in the Pandemic era, be reminded to bring with you your VaxCert or VaxCard, ID and extra Face Mask. We can socialize but a few distance apart. Bring bottled water if you may and carry lite camera if you don’t want to get exhausted from a fairly long walk. You may want to put on some sunscreen or wear long sleeves, the sunlight might be harsh that day. Respect the Locations, Respect the people around where we do our shoot. As much as possible don’t walk alone, you may want ask your friend or any photowalker to stay a little just so you can capture the subject that interest you. Lastly,  There will be a photo competition. Details about what and how to submit your entry will be discussed after the Walk.  Joining the Competition is optional, but having fun while taking photos along the way is a Must.
