PEEP Collaborative Grand OpeningNovember 6th, 2024

You are invited to the PEEP Collaborative Grand Opening!
The Photography Enthusiasts of El Paso (PEEP), in partnership with the El Paso
Community Foundation, is proud to announce the grand opening of the PEEP
Photographer’s Collaborative—the only photography-specific gallery in the El
Paso area, and the sole multi-photographer gallery within a 165-mile radius.
The Collaborative will feature the works of eighteen (18) amateur
photographers from across the borderland. This space is dedicated exclusively
to local photographers, many of whom are showcasing their work in a gallery
setting for the first time.
“The PEEP Photographer’s Collaborative is a one-of-a-kind space in El Paso,”
said PEEP President Tim Holt. “While the region is rich with both emerging and
experienced photographic talent, many photographers lack opportunities to
exhibit their work. The Collaborative fills this gap by offering a venue for them
to display and sell their creations, and it invites the public to discover and
support these gifted local artists.”
The grand opening will take place on Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 6:00 PM
to 8:00 PM, at 801 N. Piedras in the Five Points area. The public is encouraged to
attend, view the photography on display, and consider purchasing pieces—just
in time for the holiday season.
The Collaborative is located in the Border Art Residency space and will be open
through March 2025. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this exciting new
chapter in El Paso’s art scene.

Thanks to everyone! What a great Walk!October 5th, 2024

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our 2024 Worldwide Photo Walk a success! Special thanks to Steve Lama for suggesting the idea of a StreetCar Walk, and to Kelvin Cheu for organizing the streetcar for us. We’re also grateful to the amazing driver and all the photographers who joined us, including our new friends from Pecos, Texas. Your participation made this event truly special!

As an added bonus, everyone walked away with free photo gear worth over $60!

In just a few days, you’ll be able to upload your photos to the Kelby website and automatically enter the “Best of” contest. Last year, Juarez took the top prize—wouldn’t it be great if El Paso won this year?

Probably hit a lunch spot afterwards…How does the Rib Hut sound?

  2. Hi! we are looking forward to walk tomorrow. Was wondering if there is a phone # we could call if we get lost as we are not from here.

  3. Hi! Where can we park our car with or without a charge for it? and will be there a Photo exhibition after the walk somewhere? ¡Gracias!!!

  4. Hi Everyone!
I believe that the Transit Terminal Parking is free. If not, there are quite a few places along Mesa you can park. You can call 915-526-7426
The WWPW IS a photo exhibition, and you will be able to upload your images along with everyone in the world who is participating!
    See you at 9AM!
