About This Walk
Join us for the annual Worldwide Photowalk in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico!
I’m excited to announce that this walk is sponsored by Adobe and led by myself, Regan Shorter, and Abdiel Martinez.
Get ready for a morning of fun, creativity and community as we make our way through the streets of Old San Juan. The photowalk will kick off at 8:30 AM in Plaza Colón. This will be our starting point as we weave through the streets and explore the colorful buildings, before ending near La Puerta de San Juan.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or a professional photographer… everyone is welcome! Bring your camera or your phone and have fun taking photos together.
This event is sponsored by Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Throughout the walk, we will show you how to use Lightroom and Photoshop on your phone to edit your photos, from presets to generative remove and lens blur. If we have time after the walk, I’d love to grab a coffee and edit our photos together!
I encourage you to install Lightroom Mobile onto your phone or tablet and login with your Adobe ID before the event. If you’re new to Lightroom, don’t worry! Adobe offers a free 7-day trial, so you can join in the fun. Make sure to download the app on or after October 1st to make sure your trial is active during the walk, and make sure it is downloaded and setup before we start walking.

Will the walk be in English or Spanish?
The walk will be in both English and Spanish. Regan can help in English (with some Spanish), and Abdiel can help in Spanish.
Where will we meet?
We will meet at in Plaza Colon at 8:30 am. We will walk for around 1.5 hours and end near Puerta de San Juan.
Where should I park?
There are many parking garages in Old San Juan. The most affordable parking option is Estacionamiento La Puntilla, which is right next to La Puntilla. Be aware that this fills up quickly in the mornings.
You can also park in Multipiso Dona Fela, Estacionamiento Paseo Portuario, or Multipiso Covadonga.
Make sure to arrive with enough time to find parking and walk to the starting location.
How long is the walk?
We will walk for approximately 1.5 hours.
What should I wear?
It is warm and humid in Puerto Rico, so make sure to wear something comfortable during the walk and bring sunscreen. The streets of Old San Juan are often uneven, so comfortable and supportive shoes are encouraged.
What should I bring?
Bring yourself and a camera! You don’t need to be a professional to come to the walk. Your camera can be as simple as your phone.
Are we doing anything after the walk?
After the walk, we may get something to eat or go somewhere together. We’ll chat during the walk and decide then!
