A Message From The Walk Leader

[UPDATE] Well, the walk is this afternoon, so those who are attending, registered or not - Looking forward to meeting you there.

Get your diaries out and book the 18th July 2009 out for the Winchester contribution to the Worldwide Photowalk.

Winchester, the capital of England, is a quite an amazing city, yet most venture no further than the well trodden shopping or tourist routes. With such a wealth of  architecture, history, this is not only an opportunity for you to have a reason to get out and have a look around a city you almost certainly have not really seen. But a chance to be with like minded people capturing, each in their own way, the magnificence of the English capitol as the afternoon ebbs away with the extended shadows drawing out and the warmth of the coming evening light.

Then, all gathering at a point for refreshments [yet to be arranged] to share your work, discuss and if the inclination takes you, enjoy a refreshment or three whiling away the time chatting about your passion with others who truly understand.
