A Message From The Walk Leader
I want to thank everyone for a fantastic day on the streets of DC. I think we can definitely call this year’s photowalk a success. And now that we have done the walking, it’s time for you to start sorting all of your images so you can upload your best two for me to choose from. I don’t envy me my task but, at the same time, I am really glad I don’t have to make the choices that lay ahead for Scott.
So here’s the deal. You need to log into this page with your username and password if you want to use the webpage upload option. When you log in, scroll down in the dashboard and you will see the link to upload your images. If you want to use the Lightroom plug-in, then you don’t need to log in here first because you will enter the log-in info into the Lightroom plug-in. There is information available on how to upload your images so make sure you check out the videos if you get stuck (see the link at the end of this message).
Please have your images uploaded here for judging by no later than 11:59 PM, July 25th. I won’t consider anything that comes in after that time. Also, be sure to upload more of your images to the unofficial Flickr photo pool I set up for this photowalk. You can find the group by clicking here.
Finally, let’s give it up to Scott Kelby and his wonderful staff at Kelby Media for putting on such a fantastic event. The behind the scenes stuff that goes into organizing something on this scale is just incredible and they have all done a wonderful job!

I wanted to let you now how much I enjoyed the photo walk today! It was so great to get some wonderful shots, see the city and learn a few new things as well.
I was also hoping to get some help from you. I uploaded a test photo on my registration and now I can’t delete it. It’s not a big deal, I’ll just upload one photo but if it’s easy, perhaps you can delete for me?

No worries about the test upload. There was another one there that was keeping your shot company. I have deleted them both and now we have a clean slate for everyone to upload one or two of their best images.
