Greetings!
My name is Steve Bargelt and I hope to lead you on a great PhotoWalk in downtown Tacoma. I grew up in Tacoma and have lived and worked in the area my entire life. So the map has some challenges with off-street walking but here is the plan — Start at the Washington State History Museum and cross the bridge to the Museum of Glass – down along the waterway, along Dock Street back up and across the bridge, across Pacific and up into the University of Washington Tacoma Campus – then meander through a very urban, gritty (looking, not dangerous) area of parking garages and brink buildings ending up back at The Harmon Brewery.
I am in, in fact I am retired Microsoft (medial retiree) that needs an outlet to keep me going. If you need assistance with this I would LOVE to hook up with you and help. If nothing else, I know I will learn something from you. I am a learning enthusiast with very limited vision, but I have a ton of heart and I believe NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE…As Long As You Are Willing To Keep Trying And Don’t Give Up, Everything Is Withing Possibility!!! How will this work if it is raining? The predictions are not looking too good.

Is it possible/ok to just show up at 4:30? I will be working in downtown Tacoma today, but I don’t know how long. It’s possible that I can leave and join this walk at 4:30 but I don’t want to promise and take up a spot someone else could have.
Yes of course… we’ll be at/near/around the museum of Glass at about 4:30!
