Photo Walk Description
Welcome to my Photo Walk page. I’m so excited to be leading this walk and to show everyone the beauty in our backyard! I am an enthusiastic nature lover and photographer, and I hope to show you things you didn’t expect to see.
This Photo Walk is an opportunity to showcase the beautiful hidden jewel of The Elizabeth Morton Wildlife Refuge in Sag Harbor a 187-acre peninsula on Noyack and Little Peconic Bays, which boasts exceptionally diverse habitats. Sandy and rocky beaches fringe the peninsula, while wooded bluffs overlook the Bays. Starting our walk we will look for birds on the trail to the beach, perhaps take a walk to the shore, see a saltmarsh, and then back up the trail for more of nature’s flora and fauna. Please remember to wear sunscreen, and comfortable shoes.
When we are finished with our walk we will be heading to The American Hotel on Main Street in Sag Harbor, to view our photos and have some lunch. And of course hear what you have to say about this beautiful spot. The Hotel has been kind enough to design a menu especially for our Photo Walk. So get excited, bring a friend and lets getting shooting!
