Photo Walk Description
Note: The Official Worldwide Photo Walk Date is July 24th, 2010
This will be another great year for the PhotoWalk. This walk will start at the Arizona Center in Downtown Phoenix and head south across Heritage Square and towards the Arizona Science Center. From there will shoot west and soak in some of the great sites in and around downtown. The walk has been scheduled in the evening so that it’s a bit cooler and around the sunset time of 7:30pm. The goal is to capture some of the beauty of the downtown area during the best time of the day to shoot – “the magic hour!”
Quick intro of me… I am a full time photographer – http://www.trevordayley.com – and social media junkie (http://www.facebook.com/modernphoto). I am 31 years old – happily married for 10+ years with 4 beautiful kids!

Michael or Trevor, the instructions to upload an image for the main contest says that there should be a link on this page (our home page) of the photo walk. But I don’t see anything that shows that? Am I missing something? It says to sign in, and go to your home page to upload an image, but there doesn’t seem to be anything here that lets you do that. Please advise, as the contest ends this weekend, thanks!

Ok, now I have another question! I signed up in the allotted time (I received the initial confirmation email), and attended the walk, but my name is not on the attendee list, nor did I ever get any emails about the event, even though I know others did. Is this why I can’t see the contest submission button when I sign in? Help! I would really like to enter the contest, thanks!

I don’t see your name on the attendee list either. Did you happen to receive any kind of confirmation after registering. I can check to see if there is a tech support email to get you added now, but not sure if it would be possible. Unfortunately I just don’t know how quickly they will respond to requests to be added. Have you sent anything to them already? Hope we can figure it out and get you in there.
Yes, I did and I still have a copy of it. And no, I haven’t contacted them yet as I could not find any way to do so! But I’ll take another look. What’s funny, is I invited a number of people after I signed up and all of them are on the list even though they didn’t attend! I appreciate whatever help you can give, thanks!
Trevor, I was able to contact someone at NAPP about this via their Facebook page and they think my name might have gotten bounced when you guys changed leaders? They’ve had that happen when locations were changed after people registered. Not sure, but anyway, they suggested I email you my photo submission and you submit it for me. Is it possible for me to do that? I can also forward to you my confirmation as proof that I was part of the photo walk. My email address is kristina@cutandpastedesign.com . Please email me there and let me know if that’s ok. I really appreciate it as I would like to participate!
