Photo Walk Description
Hi Everybody, and Welcome to all who have joined this walk! Last year was my first year as a participant, and this will be my first walk as a leader so I’m looking forward to showing you some of Ottawa’s most beautiful sites!
We will be walking a very scenic route, and there is no better place to start than Parliament Hill. From there, we will make our way to Majors Hill Park behind one of our major landmark hotels, Chateau Laurier, and end our walk at a local restaurant at the Rideau Center called The Exchange (Elephant & Castle) where we will have some food/drinks, talk about the walk and have a sneak peak at our pictures. I will be handing out maps the day of the shoot for everyone’s reference.
Parking
There is parking at the Rideau Centre, Chateau Laurier and the World Exchange Plaza. Charges are nominal weekend rates, but you may be able to find some street parking as well.
Rain Date
If the weather does not permit us to have the walk on the Saturday, the rain date will be on the Sunday at the same place and time.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend the walk once registered, please remove yourself from this walk so someone waiting on standby can take your place.

Hi! I am trying to load my photo onto the site, but I have no idea how. I read in the FAQ there is suppose to be a big yellow banner….but I must be blind as I cannot see it.
