Photo Walk Description
My plans this year are to start at Boston Pizza on Clifton Hill, walk down the hill to the Niagara Parkway, follow the Parkway until Murray, up Murray to Fallsview Blvd (Old Buchanon Street), left from there past the Casino, right on Dixon to Stanley, down Stanley until we get to Robinson, the at the end of Robinson, take the walkway back to Clifton Hill OR run this walk in reverse so that we finish up heading past the falls at sunset (Sunset on the first is 6:58). While the sun will be setting behind us, hopefully we can get some shots of the Falls with the lights on.
Along the way we will have a variety of subjects to shoot. Tacky (and not so tacky) tourist venues, tourists (remember these may be published online and/or elsewhere, act accordingly), Niagara Falls itself, and some nature possibilities exist in the park. There should be ample opportunity to show off our fine city and make some fantastic photographs.
Please arrive 15 minutes early in order to find a parking space, gather your gear and meet at Boston Pizza
I see the winning photo, I do have an issue with it though, to me it looks like ice all along the rocks & the trees, was this taken during our walk? If not, I had alot of other photos from way back that I could have entered. I thought the idea was to enter photos from the walk, not from last year
