  It was nice to see you all this morning. We had a great turn out. Some of you were returning walkers from last year and many of you I met for the first time – either way I enjoyed spending the morning with you! The deadline to upload your best photo from today is October 7th. I look forward to viewing your photos.

• Executive Decision

  Hi All, there seems to be some confusion about the Starbuck’s hours and whether or not it will be open. I was struggling with whether or not we should change the time but have decided against that. Part of the life of a photographer is the element of surprise and how it is handled so we will meet at Starbucks whether or not it is open and be surprised with what happens next and take the best damn pictures we can no matter what, bring coffee just in case. :) Looking forward to seeing you all in the morning!

• Tomorrow is the day!!!

  Just a reminder that tomorrow is the World Wide Photo Walk. While you are shooting remember that after the walk you will have the opportunity to submit a photo in the World Wide Photo Walk photo competition where you will have the chance to win Scott Kelby’s newest book, Light It. Shoot It. Retouch It., a full Adobe CS5 Suite, Epson R3000 printer, Nik Software Suite, OnOne Software Suite, Westcott Lighting Kit, B&H Gift Card, iPad (32GB), NAPP Membership, Kelby Training Subscription, Full Library of Kelby Books, and Photoshop World Ticket!
  Also, you might want to bring water and sunscreen. It looks like it is going to be another hot day for the walk.

   I am having the hardest time finding a physical address for the starting and ending point. So, please disregard the map, and know that this will take place on Kokusai Street, starting and possibly ending at the Starbucks.
