Photo Walk Description

Welcome to the 2011 Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk at UP Los Baños. Let’s all meet at the Carabao Park right beside the UP Administration building at 3pm then we can start our walk at 3:30 or so and proceed to the UPLB freedom park. There would be lot of interesting subjects during the walk as we would be passing by landmarks in the campus. By this time, marami nang mga tao sa freedom park spending quality time with their family/friends doing several sorts of activities/sports.

Meanwhile, you can find me on Facebook at www.facebook.com/ejazucena so we can already get acquainted and later share our photos of the photowalk.

    Hi,

    I am eager to join the walk, and waiting list for Nuvali Walk, can i join your walk or put me to waiting list just in case nuvali is really full?I live in sta rosa city. I dont mind to travel Los Banos if i will be chosen to join.

    This will be my fist time joining such an event. I am a new bee hobbyist. I want to explore and learn more about photography.

      Hello Ricky! Yes, you can join this walk and you’re more than welcome. Leaders can’t put participants in the waiting list (or add to the list), participants must sign-up/enlist for the walk themselves. It’s entirely up to you if you decide to wait for a slot in the Nuvali walk or leave that walk and sign-up for this walk in UPLB. Either way, joining the photowalk will be a good experience and a chance to meet fellow photographers enjoying the craft. Cheers!

      Hi Jhon, The Photowalk is more of a social event than it is as a photo contest. The contest is secondary, parang bonus nalang. But as for the rules ng contest, pwede naman ang editing. My take on this is that it should still be “photography” and not “graphic art”. You can photoshop, as long as everything in your photo was taken during the official wlk hours.

      Hi Hancel, of course, you can still join this walk kahit you’re from cabuyao. Anyways, it’s unfortunate na this walk is already full but you can still tag along. The difference is that you wont be able to participate in the photo contest. See you there!
