Photo Walk Description
Aloha, I am Jack your walk leader. This is my third year as a leader for Scott Kelby’s WWPW. Usually the walk was in July, HOT,HOT and HOT however Scott listened to our ideas of moving it to a better time of year so hear we go in October.
My photo walk this year will be held at Shaboten Park in Ito, www.shaboten.co.jp . There will be an entrance fee for the park, at this time we are checking prices to get the lowest possible so check back later for more info. We can provide a car pool from downtown Ito and will meet at Jack’s Fun Place at 1:45 pm on the 2nd.
More info coming ASAP.

Hi there Jack. I’m Arlene/Filipino and I live out here in Toyosu, Tokyo. I and a couple of friends (who are living around the area of Shibuya) are interested to join the photowalk. Do you advise that we head out there on the day itself, coming in early, or do you suggest we find a place to stay the day before? Woudl aprreciat some idea on the timing of the activity. Thanks a lot!
Arlene
Hi Ariene, It looks like the walk will be held around 2 pm on the 2nd. That should give you plenty of time to come to Ito for the day without having to stay the night before.
If you are driving it will take about 2 hours from where you are, the train takes about the same time.
Hope you can join us, we always have a lot of fun.
Jack
Hi Arlene,
Just wanted to let you know a walk is planned in Tokyo (Harajuku) too. Just in case you can’t travel all the way to Shizuoka that day.

Hey, Im looking forward to the Photo Walk. I was wondering if you were gonna have the walk down on in Izu or closer to Tokyo area?
Hi C.L, My walk will be in Ito, as of today there are only two walks in Japan, Okinawa and Ito, however the last two years there was one in Tokyo. I don’t know if they will have one again this year, just keep checking the WWPW page, or why not come to Ito and get out of the city for a day?
Jack
I’ll look forward to WWPW
