Photo Walk Description

The Group will meet at Plaza Libertad, Iloilo City at 6-630 am then will walk to Fort San Pedro. Fort San Pedro will be the starting point of the photowalk at 7am…from there we will walk straight towards the the Muelle Looney Wharf (Iloilo River) and end up at the Iloilo Customs Building. The walk will approximately last for 2 hours.

  • Final Details of our Photowalk

    Guys,

    We’re doing something different this year. We’re taking our photo walk to another level…We’re all going to Guimbal and the location will be in a Fishing Village. Now, we will need help with logistics especially Transportation, so, I will need everybody’s help. I will go to the site next week for an ocular inspection (who wants to join me) if it is deemed conducive for the photo walk.

    I can meet up with you at Molo Caltex (next Sunday, around 730am) and we can go there to the village.

    As of today, there are 50 registered walkers and 24 on the wait list which makes us a total of 74 walkers, enough walkers to split into 2 groups. Any volunteers. As for our location, I’m planning to do this a little different this year, how about going out of town (Guimbal) and exploring 2 fishing villages. I just don’t know if the majority is amenable to this since we will have to do a lot of logistics. I will be meeting with group leaders by next week and will try to plan out the whole walk scheme.

    Hope everybody is excited as much as I am.

    Thank you all for walkers for registering for the Iloilo Photowalk. I never expected our walk would be filled to the brink so soon. For those who would still like to join, you could place yourselves on the waitlisted list, and if one of the walkers backs out, you’re in automatically (1st come 1st serve basis of course).

    Will keep you posted on the walk updates soon.

    Guys,

    Welcome to our 2011 Photowalk. I will be planning in the next couple of weeks the location of the photo walk with some photographers and will do a dry run of it.

    Last year, the major sponsor of our Photowalk was Mr. Edgar Sia of Mang Inasal, unfortunately, his company is now owned by Jollibee and I’m not sure if they are still willing to be our sponsor for our shirts. In any case we don’t have sponsors, are all the walkers willing to pitch in for the official T-shirts for the Oct. 2 Event.

    Will need your comments and suggestions on this.

    Thank you once again for registering and hope to hear from you all soon.

      actually I cannot see how you register, ‘cos the walkers have a different page from the walk leader, so I honestly have no idea of the interface…I think all you have to do is create a login name /email address/and your password and your automatically registered…
