Photo Walk Description
We, The Camera Club of Hyderabad (TheCCH), will be participating at Scott Kelby’s Worldwide Photo Walk on 2nd of October, 2011 (Sunday) morning. All who are interested to be a part of this photowalk, may register their names at this page.
Photowalks are a great way to get out and get clicking, better still with a group of people. They can be wonderful for seeing a neighbourhood with new eyes, getting inspired to be more creative with angles and subjects, as well as simply spending time with like minded people.
You’ll be surprised at what you learn from people who claim to know nothing about photography. Even with a simple point-n-shoot camera, they can capture some outstanding images. Maybe it’s the lack of pressure or expectation common with aspiring photographers that help them stay loose and creative, but they remind us that it’s the person, not the camera, that makes the photograph. So bring Aunt or your 10-year-old nephew or anyone else whose company you might enjoy on a walk, and keep an open mind.
You may be tempted to carry all of your gear: several lenses, a bunch of filters, flashes and so on. Not only will you waste time switching lenses and gear, but you’ll probably curb your inspiration. Putting restrictions on yourself will help you to think quickly and stay inspired.

Lets make this walk bit more eventful than just a simple photowalk.
# We plan to have a small session on Tips and Tricks on Photography during our walk. Sharing knowledge is always a part of Agenda in TheCCH and this can’t be any different!
# Apart from the prizes of Scott Kelby; I would personally award prizes for the best of photos from this photowalk
# And yes, as always.. there wont be any Bosses here… we will all lead the walk together!

At TheCCH, we believe in equality. We will all walk together during the event and there wont be any strict instructions on the particip[ants. It will be a free and friendly event.

We would stick to the rules of Scott Kelby’s Photowalk and wont change time at the last moment. People who registered have registered seeing the venue and time. Cant change at the last moment.
