Photo Walk Description

Hello, I would like to introduce myself, I am your Photowalk Leader for Huntington, West Virginia. A little about myself…My name is Tori Buck-Vickers-Freelance Photographer-ADD-DFAP, born and raised in South Carolina, and have been a resident of West Virginia 25 years, which I have made roots and now consider “home”. I am a Professional Photographer from Barboursville, West Virginia, and graduated Magna Cum Laude at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an ADD in Digital Design.
I am an Independent Contracted Photographer for Karma & Effect Photographix, and Photography by David’s Bridal. I also collaborate with my husband and Professional Photographer KEP- Freelance Photographer-DFAP Jason Vickers, where we donate our fine art photography of our Nation’s State and National Parks to WV Division of Tourism and State Parks.com, to promote tourism in our beautiful state and to help raise funds to help protect our gorgeous State and National Parks. Jason Vickers was also our Local Winner of the Photowalk last year. So, enough about your Leader and Host, lets talk about this amazing event!!!

I have limited mobility and am unable to walk more than a couple of blocks…..is driving the routes allowed?

    • Tori Buck-Vickers says:

Yes mam, I would imagine being under the circumstances you may travel by vehicle along any of the routes planned for this photowalk, as long as you would participate at the meeting and ending destinations and participate with the group. Most of the walking routes will be around 3rd Ave-6th Ave, Ritter Park, Marshall University, any downtown area. You will have to register asap, and would love to have you! Both start and ending meeting places are wheelchair/scooter accessible.
