Photo Walk Description

After meeting at the Cenotaph, we’ll head over the road past Betty’s Tea Rooms and down Montpellier Hill, turning into the cobbled Montpellier Street and then head left to the Crown Hotel. Following the road round, we’ll pass the Harrogate Spa Pump Room and into the Valley Gardens (route not shown on the map).

A circular walk through the Gardens, before exiting and heading down Crescent Road past the ornate Council Offices, back up Parliament Street to Wetherspoons.

On leaving the Valley Gardens (after a circular walk, taking in the New Zealand Garden and perhaps the Sun Pavilions), we’ll head up towards the world-famous Old Swan Hotel, before heading past the ornate Council Offices and Crescent Gardens and the Royal Hall, and from there to the end-of-walk meeting place.
