IT’S #5 FOR GRAND HAVEN PHOTOWALK!!!!
Welcome back past photowalkers and newbies! For those of you that are not familiar, this walk fills up fast. We are open to the first 50 registered. So get registered now, or you will end up on the waiting list. Only those registered are allowed to walk. This is the most popular walk in Michigan because it’s a double whammy. You not only are able to join 49 other photographers from beginners to pros from around the midwest, but you get an hour or so of free help, tips and tricks before and during the walk. That’s right, show up at 2PM sharp and you’ll get help with your photography. This is for beginners and pros alike. Tips and tricks for all. Everything from lighting to composing and help with your camera too. One year, a new photographer won our local best of show and he credited the early class for making it happen. We are extending the pre-walk class from one hour to 1.5 hours this year.
The photowalk will BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 3:45PM. Don’t be late, as you need to register before walking and won’t be able to catch up.
On to he walk: We sill start near at the Municipal Marina and go a different way this year. We will head up the main street in Grand Haven, Washington Street. This is the primary downtown tourist street. It has been newly renovated over the winter. There are not traffic lights or overhead wires and obstructions. It’s really beautiful. We’ll then head back on some alleys and side streets and you’ll discover why Grand Haven is Michigan’s best tourist town. A walk along the boardwalk with all its boats and fall flavor will end this spectacular adventure where you will get lots of nice pictures.

About your photowalk leader: Jack is a full-time professonal portrait phtotographer with over 20 years in the business. He is a national award winning photographer with honors from Professional Photographers of America and High School Senior Photographers International. His award winning portraits have hung and displayed at Disney World, corporate offices and hundreds of families’ homes all over the country. Jack teaches sunset beach photography to professional photographers around the country along with photoshop tips and tricks.
