Photo Walk Description
“Beautiful, Awesome, Stunning”, these are some of the comments from past walkers at the Grand Haven Photowalk. This is our 4th year. Yes, we have moved the location from the YMCA and walking out to the pier. Walkers wanted something different this year and they got it. We’ll meet at the City Marina and make a short walk down the pier, shooting boats, marine life and a flower or two, then up Franklin near historic homes then back down Washington, the main street with it’s brand new streetscape, including unique shops and boutiques, people and well, you get it. We’ll end up at Kirby Grille to look at each other’s pictures and share a few fish stories. Maybe even have a drink and dinner, it’s up to you. Enjoy. Open to the first 50 walkers. Yes, your spouse or friend counts as a walker.
About your photowalk leader: Jack Adams
Jack has been a professional photographer, and national speaker specializing in sunset beach portrait photography for over 20 years and photoshop pro for 15. Having lived in the area all his life, Jack blends his unique teaching style and knowledge of the area into a three hour learning and inspiring event.
Come an hour early and learn some tips and tricks for taking great outdoor pictures. Open to the first 25 walkers.

The walk is open to young and old. But everyone walking must register.
Also anyone under 16 must be accompanied of course by an adult.

Im not the sharpest knife in the drawer so could someone tell where to upload my entry to the contest?
LOL Kevin, yes, I’m right there with you. Links are great here, gang. So if you could post a link to where we do that, that would be awesome. Also, we’re trying to find the flickr group and can’t find the Scott Kelby Grand Haven group. Anyone have the link to that too?

This is the link Jack sent us for the Grand Haven group. As to uploading a photo for the contest, I’m confused about that, too.
Looks like the link is now working right here on the main page. You do have to resize your photo quite a bit smaller to upload though.
Is there anywhere to view what photos others posted from the Grand Haven walk?
