• Posting your Photos from the photowalk

  Once your walk is over, walkers will be able to log on to the Worldwide Photo Walk website, go to your walk page, and submit their best photo from the event to the contest. While submitting a photo to the contest is not required, there are lots of great prizes available to the winners!

  Walkers (and leaders) can also share photos from their Photo Walk on the Official Worldwide Photo Walk Flickr Group @ http://www.flickr.com/groups/wwpw4. Photos from events all around the world will be shared here so the entire community can see the global event they were part of. These photos are not part of the competition, but a great way for everyone to share their experience with the rest of the world.

  Walkers will have until 12:00 noon EDT October 7th to submit their best photo to the contest. After that, leaders will have until 12:00 noon EDT October 10th to choose the winning photo from your walk. To choose the winning photo, just log in on the Worldwide Photo Walk website, go to your walk page, and scroll down till you see all of the submitted photos. Click the button underneath the photo you’d like to choose as the winner, then confirm on the window that comes up. And that’s it!

• Possible parking problem on photowalk day.

  Dear fellow photo-walkers,
  One of the walkers has informed me that the 1st of October is also a major rivalry game of football between UF and Alabama. The game time is not on the schedule yet. This may make it difficult to park near the photowalk unless you arrive earlier that the 9:45 A.M. time I set to give you the instructions, route and e-mail address to send me you photos for selection into the prize drawing.
  I will keep you abreast of the times when I know it. If it is an afternoon game like just after noon. Parking may be at a premium. Hopefully, it will be a night game. Like @ 7 P.M.

   I am keeping up with the game day schedule. However, the time for the game is still in flux. Please keep an eye on the updates for a schedule of the game time and parking ideas.

   The game will start @ 8 PM.
   Try parking in the lot near the guard shack on NW 2nd Ave. That is where we will meet initially, get the route and a copy of The Photographer’s Right.

   Alright fellow Photowalk Photographers;

   Last minute updates and reminders.
   We are meeting by the Gaurd Shack on the west side of SW13th ST on Sw 2nd AVE on UF. There should be parking in the lot. Bt arrive early just in case. The game doesn’t start until 8 PM.
   Bring water, beverage or whatever to hydrate yourself.
   Bring sunblock and a hat to protect your skin.
   Arrive @ 9:45 A.M. so we can get the information (map, paperwork, etc.) passed out to all.
   Have a good attitude and be prepared to have a good time. ;-D

     Thanks for putting this together Mark. Unfortunately, I had to leave the photowalk before lunch. I was hoping that you would tell me where we post our image for the photowalk.
