Photo Walk Description
Greetings and welcome! I’m Don Sturgis and this will be my 4th Photowalk as a leader. I have updated the map and adjusted the start time to 9AM instead of 8AM. Our ending time should be about 11:30 because that’s when Colonial Tavern opens. We will walk thru downtown Fredericksburg, around the train station, and walk by some very colorful areas. Hope you will join me.
Don, it’ll be great to join you again this year.
I’m so glad the WWPW has been moved to October, last year was too too hot.

Hi folks! I’m really looking forward to joining you again this year. Hi Dani! Hopefully the weather will cooperate. I’m pretty sure I lost a thousand pounds in the heat last year!
LOL, Dee! I lost about a thousand pounds too.
I had fun last year and am looking forward to the October Walk.
I made it to the second year and missed last years, looking forward to the walk this year. Glad they are doing it latter now.
Cooler weather and maybe some fall colors will hopefully add to the experience.

Don, I have done this walk in Charlottesville in the past and I’m looking forward to a venue that I don’t know and haven’t shot before. I will be registering as soon as I can get signed in, and a photographer friend will be also….Carl Zitzmann. Look for us!

I actually live in Greene County and Carl lives outside of Culpeper. We’ll be commuting together from Culpeper. Looking forward to it. I don’t know Fredericksburg at all, and this will be a super introduction to what I hear is a beautiful place.
Donald, I am going to have to pull out of this walk. I will be attending a memorial service on October 1st for an uncle that just passed away. So sorry to miss this. Maybe next year. Can you delete my name, or is there a way for me to do it?
