Photo Walk Description
Note: The Official Worldwide Photo Walk Date is July 24th, 2010
Eureka Springs…the perfect spot for a photo-walk! With over a hundred years of Victorian history, plus a unique landscape and art-culture means there is always something to photograph no matter where you look. Starting at the Basin Park you can enjoy a stroll on the natural limestone sidewalks that line the historic downtown area, or explore the long stairway allies between the buildings leading to the hidden art of the back streets!
Photo Walk contest submissions will open on Sunday, July 25 and close July 31.
Here’s a short two-step walkthrough for submitting your best image to the Photo Walk contest.
Step 1) Go to WorldwidePhotoWalk.com and log in (look at the top right corner of the page)
Once you’re logged in, you’ll automatically go to your Photo Walk page.
Step 2) Once there, you’ll see a section called “Upload Your Photo” below the Meeting Location & Time:
Just follow the on-screen instructions and you’ll be good to go!
Each walker is allowed to submit one image to the contest. The deadline to submit is July 31. If you change your mind on which image you want to enter, you can change it up until the deadline.
After that, walk leaders will have till August 7 to choose the winning image from their walk. They won’t be able to make a selection until after the submission process is finished.
All of those winning images will then be posted in the People’s Choice gallery where everyone can vote for their favorite shot during the following week.
Then, on August 14, we’ll announce the Grand Prize, Honorable Mentions, and People’s Choice winners.

Looking into this. There are several bugs that have appeared and one is that I have no link in my Admin Dashboard to see who is or is not registered…
There are others having problems registering the answer given is to use Firefox to register. I realize this is not a good solution but the only one provided at this time.

I click the join this walk button and nothing seems to happen Am I registered? If not sign me up or instruct me on what I need to do. Thanks, Jeremy TenHaken

To ensure that we have an accurate number and that everyone who wants to attend has a chance please cancel your registration if you are now unable to be there.
I am affraid I can not remove your registration… the great minds in charge of the web site make it so only you can cancel your own registration.
What you need to do is log onto the site using the ID and Pass you setup. If you do not remember your id you can have it sent to your email account you used by clicking on the logon link and then selecting to have a new password sent to you.
Once logged in you will see a Leave This Walk link above the map.
I need to sign Gary Seib Up but noting happens when I try to sign up. What can I do to get him signed up. Thanks, Lisa Seib

Try now there was an issue with web site this morning that prevent registrations.
