Photo Walk Description
After meeting up at Hancock Park we will be wandering around the Dahlonega Historical District. There is a parking lot across the street from the park but if full there is other public parking located around the square including a parking deck at the college. There will be plenty of architecture both old and new, street photography and history to learn. The walk should be fairly easy with only some minor uphills. Tripods are not recommended since they would clog up the sidewalk, mono pods would be OK though. We will end up at one of the local restaurants around the square. If you are not in any hurry to go home, you may consider sticking around until after dark, the square takes on a whole new personality when the crowds are gone and the shops are closed. Looking forward to the walk and having some fun with other photographers.
