Columbia Walk 1

Welcome to the Columbia MO Walk of the Worldwide Photo Walk

Fall is my favorite season of the year.

So I am more than ready for the more comfortable and colorful change in the Photo Walk schedule.

Because of the change of season and colorful opportunities it will give us photographically we will walk the walk we did last year.

Starting at Flat Branch Park South (parking lot off Elm St.) at 9:00am walk east up Elm
St. through Peace Park, around the Quad (Columns), through the J. School
Arch to 9th St. On 9th St. walk north to Broadway, head west downtown to 8th
St. Then south on 8th to Cherry St., go west on Cherry St 4 blocks to Flat
Branch Park North. Walk south through Flat Branch Park then east up Locust
St. one block to 5th St. Then north to Flat Branch Restaurant just as they
open at 11:00am.

From the new sculptures and water features at Flat Branch Park, to the huge old trees at Peace Park. And from the 19th century architecture on the Quad, to the new designs at the J. School, this walk has a little bit of everything.

Looks exhausting on paper, but this is an Amazing walk.

Bring all you think you will need…camera…lenses…tripod…just remember you will have to carry what you bring.

After our walk, we will relax at the Flat Branch Restaurant. They have a variety of choices on there menu. You can enjoy just a refreshing drink to cool off, or a sandwich, salad, even pizza.

Bring comfortable shoes and a desire to be creative.
