Photo Walk Description

My name is Mike Pach, owner of AdventureCam Photo and 3 Peaks Photography & Design. I am the organizer of the Colorado Photography Learning Group on Meetup.com. Our group is hosting a photo walk for Colorado Springs. You do not have to be a member of our group to participate, but I would encourage you to join us by visiting www.meetup.com/The-Colorado-Photography-Learning-Group .

We have chosen Old Colorado City as the destination for our photo walk because of its architecture and charm. We will meet in the public parking lot on 26th & Colorado Ave. The lot is located behind Mountain Moppets, and there should be plenty of room for everyone to park there. We will head to 21st street and turn back at Westside Tatoo. We will walk to 29th Street and loop back to our starting point. We will shoot from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Our final destination will be Thunder and Buttons, where we will meet for lunnch.

Please be prepared for changes in the weather. Bring plenty of water and sunscreen and whatever you need for shooting. Check out the FAQ section of this site so you are familiar with the procedures for the walk. We are not allowed to bring along models, and although manipulating photos with Photoshop is allowed, you cannot add elements to your images that were not photographed on the day of our walk.
